Cornhole Bag Guarantee:
In the unlikely event a cornhole bag tears at the seam you may return it within one year of PURCHASE. Gashes, breaks in the fabric, cuts, or normal wear and tear are not covered under the replacement policy.

Driveway Games’ Manufacturer’s 60 Day Limited Warranty:
This Limited Warranty guarantees every item to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for sixty (60) days from the original date of delivery when used, installed, and maintained properly. We agree to repair or replace without charge, at our choice, any product judged defective for either of these reasons and to return the item (or its replacement) freight prepaid. Products that do not have a specially noted guarantee carry a maximum ninety (90) day warranty which is honored only when the product is inspected and found to have experienced normal use.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT AND IS VALID IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY. THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT ITS OPTION, OF ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND SHALL NOT INCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Making a Warranty Claim:
First Please determine if the issue is a defect from manufacturing or if it is damage incurred in shipping?
If the damage incurred in shipping, such as dents or punctures usually the box will show damage as well but may not, in either case shipping damage MUST be reported directly to the retailer AND the shipping carrier (FEDEX, UPS) within 5 DAYS of Delivery! Shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier, they each have their own process for inspecting the item and issuing compensation for repair or replacement of the item.
If you believe your product has a Manufacturing Defect, AND is within the warranty period please follow the below instructions for submitting a warranty claim:
1) Ship the item(s), postage PREPAID, to: Warranty Claims, Driveway Games Company, 6530 Arborcrest Road, Loveland, OH 45140 USA;
2) Include with the returned item your name, address, daytime phone number, Proof of purchase by way of receipt or at minimum retailer name, receipt/invoice identification number, and date of purchase; and finally describe the defect issue in as much detail as possible;
3) Once received the item will be inspected to determine if the issue is covered under the terms of the warranty;
4) If Driveway Games determines the item is warranty covered we will repair or replace components or the entire item at our option and ship the item back to the consumer at our cost;
5) Consumer is responsible for shipping the product to Warranty Claims at the address listed above and for all associated freight and insurance costs. Driveway Games will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to the consumer.
